Hawai'i is the 'jewel' of Oahu!
We think Oahu is amazing... fun... and breath-takingly beautiful...
We are having fun!
Not all of Oahu is a busy 'town' like Honolulu and Waikiki. The North Shore, the
historic town of Haleiwa, and the Dole Plantation acres are all wonderful and easy going. I also really enjoy Turtle
Bay, a resort beach that makes me feel like I'm on the Big Island. This particular beach is like eating comfort
food - it feels good!
The Windward side, where we live, is a cluster of small towns along
the beach. This side of Oahu 'touts the most beautiful beach in the United States , our beach... 'Kailua Beach'. We live only one mile from that beach, which is about how long the Kailua beach is, a great one
mile beach walk, one way! It's my favorite beach... yeah...

Our son Jason got married in
August! We are so happy for our Jason and Jennifer.
In September they came to Hawai'i for their Honeymoon - we went to Polynesian Cultural Center for
the all day package: events, luau dinner and show! Aloha!
Of course we get out and about, have
to! This is Waikiki Beach... nuf said?
