Chapter Two ~' backstory in a nutshell'

Hi friend ~

I am MaryAnn Pryor.  My husband Jim and I have had an interesting life so far.  In March 2023, we will have our 40th Anniversary.  He is a mild mannered man, that loves me and I love him very much.  We have two children, Jason and Katie.  They both continued to live with us, until things really changed and we moved to an island.  

In 2008 the Real Estate market was in a downward spiral, to say the least! Jim's real estate contract was cancelled and we suddenly had to make some major decisions.  When I think back about the timing, we made some hard decisions fairly quickly!  God was moving us to the Big Island of Hawai'i.  Our daughter Katie decided she was moving with us:) 

"How can I move some where that I've never been?"

So in September 2008 we took a vacation! I was finally going to be visiting Hawai'i. Yay! Our time on the Big Island was laid back and meaningful.  So it was decided, we were moving over the sea, unlike moving on the Mainland. It was time to consolidate, let go of precious keepsakes, pack up tight and send our stuff on a boat! Ok, a cargo ship! 

We were moving to Kailua-Kona,  Hawai’i with the hopes of making a property into a small retreat that others could visit and be blessed by Jesus.  That is not what this book is about... that is another story. 

My Jesus Experience, is about Jesus doing something beyond awesome for me. He is very intentional.  He knows exactly what we need at just the perfect time. 

He is never late,

He loves us more than that.

Lean on Him, He loves you!

Jesus is very organized and knows who, what, when, where, and why... and HOW to make all that work for His purposes!  That’s just the way He is. He loves us more than we all know.  Later in the book, you will see.

Jesus wants you to know that as I had my amazing experience with Him, you too can have your personal Jesus experience, made just for you!  Pray for it!  Believe it!

When we trust Him and obey, it shows the hosts of Heaven how grateful we are, even the Angels dance! Trust the One who lived on earth, gave us many wonderful examples on how to live and love, then gave Himself as a sacrifice for our salvation and healing. Amazing Grace! And after all of that, He showed Himself alive and well. 

Thank you God for sending Jesus. 

"you too can see Jesus“

I’m thankful I did not have to die or go into a coma with a near death experience. For me it was different.   I am very happy about that.

Along with every experience there is a greater story, there is a testimony for the glory of God.   I have many stories, but this one is about my Jesus, in heaven.

It happened January, February and March 2011.
