My precious Jesus, you are my Saviour, my Healer, the one who walks beside me and leads me in paths of righteousness. Your love is life to me. Your grace and mercy amaze me everyday. I am so thankful that you love me so much. Thank you God for sending Jesus.

Jesus, my best friend.

Let all those rejoice who put

their trust in You;

BECAUSE YOU DEFEND ME;

I LOVE YOUR NAME

When we moved to Kailua, Hawai'i 96734 we went to Kailua Beach often.  

It was awesome.

It was therapy.

It was sandy with a touch of Vitamin D.

Thank you Jesus for sending us to paradise.

Are you ready?  to believe, to know that Jesus is right there with you, to speak out? Let me explain ~ 

When you open your mouth and speak out loud, what happens?  Your brain stops it's thoughts and focuses on what you are saying.

Having negative thoughts? Speak positive verses, words of inspiration out loud.

Those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.  

Isaiah 40:31

'Teach me Lord, to wait for you and never lose hope.'

Sometimes it just takes a lot of practice to do something well.

Inspire ~ Be the reason people look forward to you.   

Smile ~ Let your smile change the world. 

Breathe ~ Take a deep breath. 

Freedom ~ You're free to go.  

Happy ~ You truly deserve to be happy and cherish each moment.
