If you are up for it, your body would be blessed with an intake of foods that will 'cleanse' it from some built up toxins. It's only for two weeks and very easy to start. Also, if you are having any gallbladder issues or concerned about your liver, these foods will jump start your body into a new way of eating.
The recipe below is 'my miracle mix'. It will begin to jump start your system into a cleanse without starving you.

Green Veggies ~ for the health of it!
This combination of green vegetables work together to dilute the bile in your gallbladder, assist your liver in cleansing and is very good for your whole body. When eaten on a regular basis it helps the system digest the foods much more effectively. Please buy organic:)
1 bunch of organic Parsley
3 medium organic Zucchini
1/2 lb. organic Green Beans
5 stalks of organic Celery
Wash each and cut up into slices.
Steam for 8 minutes or until lightly steamed... If you do not have a pan steamer, put 1/2 cup of filtered water in a large frying pan and steam that way. Puree' in blender: I find it easier to take some of each veggie and chop 1 - 2 cups at a time. Blend on 'food chop'.
Sometimes, I will only blend 2/3 and keep the other 1/3 for a steamed veggie plate for later. It's good to mix it up and keep it all interesting.
Store in a glass jar, tightly sealed.
Refrigerate.
Spoon out a cup of veggie mix, sprinkle FLAX OIL on top, sit, relax and enjoy.
Cleansing: Eat this everyday for the first 2 weeks. Somewhere in your day you will need a quick snack or lunch, this is the perfect energy for your body.

Flax Oil is found in the Refrigerated area at your local health food store.
1 large organic Beet (beetroot)
Finely grate raw - if not organic you must peel
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
2 Tbl. Flax Oil
Mix all together and enjoy. It will last only 2 - 3 days or so in a sealed container. You can also add this Beet mixture to a green salad for variety.
Eat this Beet mixture 1 - 2 times per day for 14 days and then 2 - 3 times per week thereafter. Do this for the next 6 months or so.
Cleansing:
Beets are a natural way to keep your colon moving and cleansing your liver.
Confession: I do not like cooked beets - just sayin'... So this Raw Beet Salad is perfect!

About Flax Oil- you will find Flax Oil in the refrigerated area of your local health food store.
It contains important Omega 3 fatty acids that are extremely healthy for your body.
Raw Beets... best organic:)
♥ Homemade Applesauce ♥
4 Large organic Apples...
¾ cup filtered Water
1 Tbl. organic Brown Sugar
½ Tsp. Ground Saigon Cinnamon ~ Ono' flavor!
Stir all together in a Medium Saucepan.
Cover and cook on Medium Heat 15 - 20 minutes.
Let cool for a few minutes.
Using a potato Masher, mash until it is Applesauce! smooth or chunky...
Enjoy!

BOWEL RECIPE
Mix Together:
♥1 cup unprocessed wheat bran or miller's bran
(usually available bulk at health food store)
♥1 cup Applesause (organic) - did'nt we just make that?
♥1/4 cup Prune Juice (organic)
TAKE:
2 Tablespoons in the morning
2 Tablespoons in the evening.
